These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Netsville Domains website and domain registration services ("Service") operated by Netsville Incorporated ("Netsville", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Netsville provides domain name registration and renewal services as an authorized reseller of Tucows Domains Inc. ("Tucows"), an ICANN-accredited registrar. All domain registrations are subject to the Master Domain Registration Agreement between you and Tucows, as well as applicable ICANN policies including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
To register or manage domain names, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Domain name registrations are subject to availability and the policies of the applicable registry. We cannot guarantee that a requested domain name will be available or successfully registered. All domain registrations are governed by the Master Domain Registration Agreement.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the domain registration services you purchase. All fees are quoted in United States dollars and are non-refundable once a domain has been registered or renewed. Prices are subject to change; current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
You represent and warrant that:
Domain registrations are for a limited term. It is your responsibility to renew your domain name before it expires. We will make reasonable efforts to send renewal reminders, but we are not liable for any failure to renew. Expired domains may be subject to deletion, transfer, or re-registration by third parties in accordance with the applicable registry's policies.
Your use of the Service is subject to applicable privacy laws. Registration data may be shared with registries and ICANN as required. For details, see the privacy provisions in the Master Domain Registration Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netsville shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netsville, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
