Already migrated your account?

If you have a new-style account (username and password) but forgot your password:

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your username. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address on file.
4. Enter the code and choose a new password.

Haven't migrated yet?

If you still have an old-style account and can't remember your credentials:

1. Go to the Login page and click Migrate an existing account.
2. On the migration page, click Forgot your OpenSRS password?
3. Enter one of your domain names.
4. Your original password will be sent to the administrative contact email on file with the domain registry.
