Migrating Your Account

If you previously managed your domains through the old Netsville domain system, you will need to migrate your account to the new system.

What changed?

The old system required a domain name, username, and password to log in. Each domain had its own set of credentials. The new system uses a single username and password, and all of your domains are linked to one account.

How to migrate

1. Go to the Login page and click Migrate an existing account.
2. Enter your old credentials: one of your domain names, your old username, and your old password.
3. Choose a new username and a strong password for your new account. Your new password must be at least 10 characters.
4. Enter your email address. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to confirm it.
5. Enter the code to complete the migration.

Once complete, all domains associated with your old account will be linked to your new account automatically.

What if I have multiple old accounts?

If you had separate logins for different domains, you only need to migrate once using any one of your domains. All domains under the same reseller account will be linked to your new account.

Can I still use my old credentials?

No. Once you migrate, the old login method is no longer available. Use your new username and password going forward.
