Domain name transfers can usually be completed in five days or less, but some transfers may take up to ten days. The cost is $30 which includes one-year renewal.

To transfer a domain name to us, you will need the following:

1. Your domain name must be unlocked
2. You must be able to receive email as the Administrative Contact listed in the WHOIS record
3. You must have the Authorization or EPP code
4. Newly purchased domains (within 60 days) CANNOT be transferred

Note that the domain name transfer cannot succeed unless the domain name is unlocked, the administrative contact email address is valid, and the correct authorization code is provided.

This form will check whether or not your domain is able to be transferred to Netsville. After your domain has been verified as transferrable you will be prompted for payment information, then asked to confirm your transfer request.

You have 10 days from the transfer purchase date to complete the transfer. It's best to acknowledge the email sent to the Admin Contact as soon as possible. The rest is handled by the registrars which we have no control over. You will receive an email when the transfer is successful. If there are any problems, you will also receive an email. You may resubmit the request if necessary.
